Supporting Little Voices: A Parent Discussion on Speech Delays in Young Children

Thursday, Oct. 9th - 800-27A

Every child develops at their own pace, but when speech and language development seems delayed, it can raise questions and concerns for parents. This supportive discussion group is designed to help caregivers better understand early speech and communication challenges and how to gently support their child’s growth.

We’ll talk about typical language milestones, red flags to be aware of, the role of speech therapy, and simple, everyday strategies parents can use to encourage communication at home. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other families navigating similar journeys.

Whether you’re just starting to notice delays or are already working with a specialist, this conversation aims to empower you with knowledge, compassion, and community.
