    As demonstrated on the popular PBS series Classical Stretch®, Essentrics® is a fusion of deep, active stretching combined with strengthening techniques. Together these movements promote improved posture and increased flexibility, balance, mobility and range of motion. This workout will engage all of your 650 muscles, yet is suitable for any age and fitness level. Wear comfortable clothing and nonslip socks or practice barefoot. Bring water, and an exercise mat. *Please note that the catalog price for session 3708-3, April 7 - May 19) was priced incorrectly.     Looking to stay healthy and active this winter? Join us for a series of scenic winter hikes in local parks! You'll get great exercise, socialize with new friends, and enjoy the beauty of the season. Hikes will be 4-5 miles long and last about 1.5 hours. We'll explore a variety of locations, including Afton State Park, Sunfish Lake Park, Lake Elmo Park Reserve, and Cottage Grove Ravine. Register for as many as you'd like.
