Join us for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and connect with others! This program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through a variety of exercises using small balls, light weights, loops, and bands. Led by a certified senior fitness expert, these classes focus on building core and stabilizing muscle strength, helping seniors maintain active, meaningful lives. Beyond physical benefits, our sessions foster socialization, combating the stress of isolation and creating a supportive community.Qualifying Medicare program participants (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Renew Active, One Pass) as well as Community Thread member with a Thriving with Connections package may enroll in this class for free by using a pre-verification code. Past fitness class participants will be emailed this code. If you are a new fitness participant as well as a Community Thread member, please reach out to Community Thread for your pre-verification code. If you are a first time fitness class participant, and are a qualifying medicare program participant, please email stillwatercommed@stillwaterschools.org and request a pre-verification request form. If you would like to enroll, but do not have the above coverage or membership, you can still register by paying the registration fee. Register online at or by phone. You MUST HAVE pre-verification enrollment code to enroll for no cost. Verification enrollments will be reviewed. All Classes will be held at Community Thread. Please check your registration to confirm if your class is held at the Bayport or Stillwater location.
