This class is for those who love to create things with their hands. During this family pottery workshop sampler, participants will use a slab roller, extruder, and an electric pottery wheel. Students ages 8 and up will make a variety of projects for friends and family members. Participants will also use a variety of colors to glaze their pieces at the end of class. You will be notified when you can pick up your finished pieces at the Central Services Building. There's a $50 supply fee for one adult and one child and a $75 supply fee for one adult and two children. The supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
Craig is a former elementary teacher in the Stillwater School district and has been working with ceramics for over 15 years. He has a studio in Hudson where he makes Raku, functional, and decorative ceramic pieces. Craig teaches youth, adults and adaptive pottery through Community Education.
