  • CHEM tennis camp

    CHEM Athletics provides tennis, pickleball, and floor hockey lessons with an emphasis on character development. CHEM stands for Character, Hand, Eye, and Mind. We teach your child accountability, making quick decisions to problem solve, positive attitude, and coping strategies for use on and off the court. Children learn a combination of hand-eye coordination and mental focus to improve and develop fundamentals of each sport. All equipment provided.
  • Chevals Dance Camp

  • Dirt School

    The Minnesota High School Cycling League is offering  a 3 week program to teach mountain biking skills to be a capable and well-informed bike rider. This new program geared for students who: have never been on a mountain bike are new to mountain biking want biking instruction to build skills A bus will depart Stillwater Area High School at 8:45 am and bring participants to off road trails on the East side of the metro and return to SAHS around noon.  Not all student-athletes are interested in racing. The goal of the sessions is to empower youth through the sport of cycling to be proficient cyclists. The mountain bikes are provided and participants will receive a free reusable water bottle.  These sessions are open to 7th-12th graders.
  • Family T-Ball Skills and Games Clinic

    Hey kids, grab a parent/adult and learn to play t-ball this summer! Family t-ball prepares young children (ages 4-5) for future organized baseball and softball sports by learning skills with an adult in a FUN, non-threatening environment. Bring a glove and water bottle. Clinic fee includes a t-shirt for the child participant.Family t-ball clinic registration fee is per child. The adult participant is free, however, one adult per child is required. This is an interactive sport for youth and the important adult in their lives. Sign up for one or both sessions.
  • Golf- Future Champions Junior Golf Program

    This PGA program progressively teaches core skills utilized in the game of golf. It is an individualized program taught in a group setting. Students move through levels as they attain new skill sets. Students are encouraged to learn at a rate that is comfortable for them. Also included is information on fitness and nutrition, sportsmanship, etiquette and rules. The Future Champions program will help youth learn to play golf and have fun for a lifetime. Lessons are individualized so it is not necessary for students to attend lessons sequentially. Attend any of the 16 dates available.     Empowers girls and boys to discover their own motivation and positive attitude to create success for today and tomorrow  Girls and boys currently in grades 2, 3, and 4 train for a 5K through an interactive game-based curriculum combining self-esteem enhancing lessons with uplifting training aimed to develop the whole person-physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially..
  • Pony Boys Basketball Camp

    Join the Pony high school coaches and players this summer to improve your individual skills, and learn the Pony basketball system. Coaches and players will work with you on fundamentals that are important to the game of basketball and are stressed in the Pony program. Camp will include drills, contests and team play. Join the Ponies for basketball fun and learning. Each participant receives a t-shirt.
  • Pony Football Camp

    592-1 grades 7-9 Camp for 7, 8, 9th graders is a 4 day camp from 5:30-7:30pm.  This camp will develop fundamentals and install parts of the Ponies offense and defense.   • Pony Girls Basketball Camp

    The Pony girls basketball camp is for girls of all skill levels, who are interested in improving their team and individual basketball skills. Camps will focus on the basics of individual shooting, ball handling and passing, offensive/defensive footwork and fakes, and movement without the basketball. This is a great opportunity to receive quality instruction and work on your skills this summer. T-shirt included in fee.
  • Pony Girls Volleyball Camp

    Join the Pony coaching staff for varsity level training.  Each player will receive group and individual instruction with the opportunity to grow as a player and a teammate. This summer clinic is a great opportunity to get to know other players and prepare for the fall season.     Pony Power and Performance and Pony Speed Training“What you do in the offseason determines how you will do in the regular season” George AllenGet at the top of your game this summer with Stillwater Area Strength and Conditioning Program for males and females grades 7-12. Athletes will be led by trained Strength and Conditioning Coaches varying from our current high school coaching staff to former Stillwater standouts competing collegiately.Individual programs are created to develop the beginning, intermediate and experienced student-athlete. Optional Friday yoga sessions provide additional flexibility and core strength training. Yoga is a proven training technique that benefits all athletes in the areas of flexibility, balance and strength. Two yoga sessions will be offered to PPP participants each Friday: 800-8:50 AM & 9:00-9:50 AM throughout the summer. Yoga sessions are optional.A certified nutritionist will speak to all PPP participants during the summer to enhance performance through nutrition. Pony Power and Performance Training will focus on: Teaching proper lifting technique Strength/Explosive Power Speed/Agility/Quickness Linear and lateral speed and explosiveness Acceleration and deceleration Nutrition, rest and recovery Flexibility and core training A new training program includes the strength and conditioning of Pony Power and will also include Acceleration MN Speed training on high speed incline treadmills. Running at an incline at higher speeds improves stride length and frequency, while teaching proper running technique. The benefits of this are increased speed, explosiveness and efficient running. The treadmill training sessions are called Pony Speed Program (course 942) and require a trained running coach to operate the treadmills and properly train student-athletes in running. Pony Speed Training will occur, before, during or after the stated Pony Power and Performance group you are signing up for. Training sessions on the treadmills are 45 minutes in length and will be organized after registration occurs. Pony Power and Performance will start June 3 - August 3, offering 32 training sessions. Pony Speed training will take place 2 times per week with 12 training sessions. Pony Speed will start June 10 - July 26, with the last week of July/Early August used as a make up week for any treadmill sessions that may have been missed over the summer.There will be no Pony Power and Performance or Pony Speed Training The week of July 1-6.Financial assistance is available for those that qualify.   • Pony Soccer Camp

    Get ready for a week of soccer clinic. Players will be learning the basic skills, as well as have an opportunity to play the game of soccer each day! A great opportunity to get to play soccer with the Stillwater High School varsity players training the kids on the new ideas and skills of the game of soccer. Send your child with a full water bottle, soccer ball and shin guards (required). Each child who participates in our youth soccer camps will receive a t-shirt.
  • Pony Soccer Camp (Pre-Team)

    Join the Pony Soccer Coaching Staff for an intense four day soccer camp. This camp is a great opportunity to fine tune their skills and find out what Ponies soccer is all about before tryouts begin. Take your game to a higher level while being challenged in all aspects of the game. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt and be coached by the high school coaching staff. Wear soccer cleats/shin guards and bring a water bottle.

    Join the Pony coaching staff for a skills clinic designed to improve every area of your game. Players will develop an understanding of the technical aspects of the game, in addition to tactical knowledge that will take your game to the next level. This clinic is designed for all players; those who are currently on a club team, involved in other sports, or just looking for more skill development. We will offer specialized training for the player looking to gain an edge and learn more about the game. Players will receive a Pony T-shirt and Pony water bottle.

    On your Mark, Get set, GO, to the annual track camp, located at the Stillwater Middle School track. Celebrating its 40th year, track camp is still the cool place to be during the hot days of summer! Designed for girls and boys of elementary and middle school age, this camp will help you develop and practice track and field skills and techniques. Join us this summer and learn the skills that have made the Stillwater Area High School Track & Field Program one of the best in the state. Fee includes a t-shirt. Wear athletic workout clothes, shoes for running activities and bring a water bottle. This is a 4-day camp. Friday will be the weather make-up date only if needed.
  • Pony Track Distance and Speed Camp ( grades 5-8)

    Specifically designed for distance and speed camp, this camp is for all boys and girls that are interested in getting faster on the track or preparing as a young distance runner held at Stillwater Middle School track. Designed for girls and boys grades 5-8. Join us this summer and learn the skills that have made the Stillwater High School Track & Field Program one of the best in the state. Fee includes a t-shirt. Wear athletic workout clothes, shoes for running activity and bring a water bottle.  This is a 4-day camp. Friday will be the weather make up date only if needed.
  • Skyhawks Basketball Camp

     This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, a lunch and snack (for programs over four hours) or two snacks (for programs four hours or less), and a water bottle. Spring campers receive a merit award. 
  • Skyhawks Beginning Golf Camp

    Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system into its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player and it simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. We keep the instructor-to-camper ratio for this program very low, resulting in limited availability. All equipment provided. Please bring two snacks, sunscreen, appropriate clothing and water bottle.
