    Skyhawks Volleyball Camp

    Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of volleyball through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week your child will walk away with knowledge of volleyball along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline. Please bring two snacks and water bottle.

    Pony Spring Volleyball Clinic

    Join the Pony coaching staff for a skills clinic designed to improve every area of your game. Players will develop an understanding of the technical aspects of the game, in addition to tactical knowledge that will take your game to the next level. This clinic is designed for all players; those who are currently on a club team, involved in other sports, or just looking for more skill development. We will offer specialized training for the player looking to gain an edge and learn more about the game.

    Pony Girls Volleyball Camp

    Grades 3rd-5th and 6th-8th: Everyone will be taught the basic fundamentals of the game including techniques in passing, setting, hitting and serving. We will also introduce concepts of team play. Players will be given tips on improving their technique in the fundamental areas of volleyball: how to pass and set with more accuracy, how to improve their serve, etc. Team play will also be included the second part of the camp. The players will work through drills designed to improve their offensive and defensive skills at “game-speed.” They may also learn about team defensive concepts and offensive options. Grades 9th-12th: Join the Pony coaching staff for volleyball varsity level training. Each player will receive group and individual instruction with the opportunity to grow as a player and a teammate. This summer clinic is a great opportunity to get to know other players and prepare for the fall season. The 9-12th grade volleyball camp is open for 7th-8th graders to sign up with permission from head coach Sara Baumgard. All players will also receive a Pony t-shirt. All grades will be meeting on Mondays,Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check each section for specific dates.     Birthday Parties at the PAC

    Bring your child and up to fourteen of his/her friends to celebrate their birthday at the Pony Activity Center (PAC). Birthday groups will have access to one gym for 1.5 hours with 30 minute reserved space for cake and refreshments. There will be staff on site to assist with set up/cleanup of equipment and answer any questions you may have during the party. Appropriate supervision of children (at least 2 adults) is required and must be present for the duration of the party. All food and refreshments are provided by the hosting birthday party group. Tables and chairs will be provided for food and refreshments. Latex balloons are not allowed for birthday parties due to allergies. Registration must be completed 14 days prior to party date. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the party to receive a refund minus the $5 cancellation fee. All children attending the birthday party will need a signed waiver turned in before the birthday party begins. PAC Birthday Parties are intended for children ages 4-12 years of age. Gym games and activities may include: basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, dodgeball, whiffle ball, football and more. Preschool games and activities are also available.The staff will provide the necessary equipment; the host will organize and direct the party games. Parties available on select Saturdays and Sundays. Cost is $125 per party at the PAC. There is an additional $50 charge for added spaces.     Bring your child and up to fourteen of his/her friends to celebrate their birthday at the Pony Activity Center (PAC), Early Childhood Family Center (ECFC) or Oak-Land Middle School for a pool party. Birthday groups will have access to one gym for 1.5 hours with 30 minute reserved space for cake and refreshments. Pool birthday parties will have use of the pool for 1.25 hours with 45 minute reserved space for cake and refreshments. There will be staff on site to assist with setup/cleanup of equipment and answer any questions you may have during the party. Appropriate supervision of children (at least 2 adults) is required and must be present for the duration of the party. All food and refreshments are provided by the hosting birthday party group. We will provide hula hoops, scooters, trikes, play balls, small basketball hoops, gymnastics mats for tumbling, and access to our move and learn climbing town. Parties available on select Saturdays. Time of birthday party is dependent on building schedule. Cost: $155.00 at ECFC / 14 children max / 2 adults must be present for duration of party supervising the group of children. Pool Birthday Parties are intended for children ages 5-12 years of age. One Lifeguard will be provided and 2 adults must be present for the duration of the party. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed. No rafts, tubes or super-soakers. The Lifeguard will provide life jackets if needed; the host will organize and direct the party games. Parties available on select Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Cost is $225 per party at Oak-Land Middle School.
