    No need to look beyond your own kitchen for RESTAURANT QUALITY spring rolls! Whether you are looking to host a memorable Dim Sum get-together or simply want to create something FRESH and BRIGHT to welcome in the spring, this is the class you have been looking for! Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a SYMPHONY of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) and veggies will fill the CRISPY spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the FRESH spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of spring rolls learning the techniques to create fillings, and how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of bright deliciousness! Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared! Come join the FUN! Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants, and increase your confidence in the kitchen with each skill that is learned, and each little bit of advice and instruction that is shared. While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and preparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the Instructors Personal Recipes from this class will also be received. This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home ONLY. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

    Do you remember Bob Ross’ Joy of Painting series on PBS? This “wet-on-wet” painting technique is for all skill levels and those who have never painted before. Kristi will lead you step-by-step as you complete an entire oil painting in class. Discover your inner artist, or learn a new technique! The painting will change with every class. Instead of just being taught how to paint one painting, you will learn skills to apply to all your future paintings. Kristi’s first rule is everyone leaves with a pretty painting! A $20 supply fee due to instructor at the beginning of class. Participants are asked to: Wear old clothes in case you get paint on them. Bring a roll of paper towels to class for your own use.
