Strength and Balance Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program 55+


Courses Adult / Keep it Moving -
Spring/Summer 2026

Join us for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and connect with others! This program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through a variety of exercises using small balls, light weights, loops, and bands. Led by a certified senior fitness expert, these classes focus on building core and stabilizing muscle strength, helping seniors maintain active, meaningful lives.

Beyond physical benefits, our sessions foster socialization, combating the stress of isolation and creating a supportive community.
