Strength and Balance Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program 55+


Courses Adult / Keep it Moving -
Fall 2025

Participants work with a nationally certified fitness professional experienced in 55+ adult fitness. This engaging program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through a variety of exercises using small balls, light weights, loops, and bands. Classes focus on building core and stabilizing muscle strength, helping seniors maintain active, meaningful lives. Beyond physical benefits, our sessions foster socialization, combating the stress of isolation and creating a supportive community. Join us for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and connect with others!

Qualifying Medicare program participants (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Renew Active, One Pass) as well as Thrive members may enroll in this class for free. To register, please call 651-351-8300. Memberships will be required and verified. If you would like to enroll, but do not have the above coverage or membership, you can still register by paying the registration fee. Register online or by phone.
