Yoga Flow


Courses Adult / Keep it Moving -
Fall 2025

Yogaflow will begin with warm up stretching before flowing through traditional yoga poses in vinyasa style yoga, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. This is a fitness style yoga and some yoga experience is recommended, however not required. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class, yoga strap is optional.

I have been a Yoga instructor for over 20 years in various settings. I completed my professional Yoga training through YogaFit Inc. , along with continuing education classes and various trainings/retreats with Yoga professionals Beth Shaw and Shiva Rea. I have a MA in Health Education and have been a teacher with St. Paul schools over 30 years. My hobbies are staying active, spending time with family and friends, and sharing yoga.
