Strength and Balance Yoga

This 60 minute "Stretch and Balance" Yoga class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and joint mobility while promoting overall well-being. This class focuses on gentle, restorative stretches that help relieve tension and enhance range of motion, along with balance exercises to improve stability and prevent falls. The poses are tailored to be accessible and supportive, helping participants build strength and confidence while reducing stress and promoting relaxation in a nurturing environment.
