This class will accommodate differing levels of gymnasts including beginners, advanced beginners and intermediates. Students will work on level appropriate skills for each group during class time. Advanced and intermediate gymnasts should have a coach recommendation prior to registration.
For Gymnastics classes, shorts, t-shirt or a leotard are recommended. Loose fitting clothing, tights, socks and ballet shoes are not recommended. Long hair should be tied back in a ponytail or braid.
To limit distractions and ensure students safety during class, parents/guardians are not allowed inside the gym area. During Community Education classes, please check in your student and then proceed to the viewing or seating areas.
