Welcoming a baby, whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time! We're here to support you as you begin this journey.
In this three session class, participants will be introduced to basic techniques of hand building, throwing on a potter’s wheel, and glazing. Using stoneware clay and earth tone glazes, participants will create pieces of art using an electric wheel, slab roller and extruder. The first two sessions are devoted to creating and the last session will focus on glazing. Both new and returning students are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring an apron or towel.
A $35 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
