This class is for pre-kindergarten girls and boys between the ages of 4-5 years old. It will give them an introduction to all four traditional gymnastics events and teach the beginning skills that accompany each event.
For Gymnastics classes, shorts, t-shirt or a leotard are recommended. Loose fitting clothing, tights, socks and ballet shoes are not recommended. Long hair should be tied back in a ponytail or braid.
