    Serve freshly baked bread in less than 1 hour. Whether for a memorable weekend breakfast, brunch, or teatime, to accompany a salad/soup, or for another occasion, hot-from-your-oven breads are wonderful. Muffins (and their larger-sized quick breads) may be sweet and savory. Adjust the baking time (less than 30 minutes) for muffins to less than 1 hour for quick breads, and a single recipe yields both! We’ll feature remarkable recipes to taste in class and take home PLUS tips, techniques, and equipment to ensure success every time. Recipes include Blueberry, Cinnamon Crunch, Bran-Corn, Dried Cherry, Fresh Ginger, Golden Raisin, Maple Sour Cream, Slice Fresh Lemon plus Flavored Butters, and a variety of Glazes/Toppings. Popovers are perfect served alone or insert your favorite filling to create a special meal. And, of course, expect to learn all the valuable tips to ensure success every time!     When it comes to actual sushi that is made with sushi grade raw fish such as salmon or tuna wrapped in rice and seaweed, the sushi tolerance spectrum runs from a very strong “YES” or a very strong “NO” with little wiggle room in between. Enter California “sushi” Rolls that overwhelmingly turn the strong “NO’s” into strong yeses! Join Tess as she walks you through how to make a variety of the most marvelous California rolls that will make you wonder why you haven’t tried to make your own before. California “sushi” roll combinations are only limited by your imagination! Make them vegetarian, with or without seaweed, spicy or not, it is totally up to you. Learn the skill of creating delicious seasoned sushi rice, spicy mayo, and how to stuff, wrap/shape the rolls, with wonderful filling ingredients. One of these fillings is a “crab” salad that will be created using crab sticks. Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! Ingredients/supplies if you wish to order or shop early for some ingredients: Sushi rice, sushi nori/seaweed sheets, toasted sesame oil, (Japanese) rice vinegar.     Dim Sum refers to a Chinese or Cantonese meal consisting of numerous small appetizers or finger foods traditionally enjoyed in restaurants. It is considered a shared dining and social experience that can last for hours. Dim Sum often includes some sort of dumpling, and one of the most popular dumping options is Pot Stickers! Join Tess for one of her newest classes as she guides you through the step-by-step process of creating the most wonderful pot stickers with homemade wrappers that will take you to culinary heights you never knew you could reach. A wonderful dipping sauce will also be created! Participants will have the option of making a pork-based filling or a chicken-based filling. Participants will also have the option of learning to make homemade wrappers, but of course store bought can be used as well. Freezing tips will also be shared. This experience will possibly make store bought pot stickers a thing of the past!     Apart from cheese and toppings, homemade dough and sauce are the key ingredients used to create mouthwatering pizza of course! But… what are the key ingredients to make the homemade dough and sauce? HOW MUCH of each ingredient? HOW are they put together to create a variety or magical pizza options? Known as the Pizza Master “Pizzaiolo” in her family and community, our instructor Tess will help answer these questions as she guides you in her latest Pizza class where you will create a fantastic FLATBREAD PIZZA and Pizza Panini from scratch! If you are part of a pizza loving family, this class is for you! Dive into the world of pizza making and join the ever-growing number of participants that have enjoyed Tess’ fun-filled cook-along pizza classes and experience for yourselves why participants keep coming back for more! Take out Pizza may just become a thing of the past! Equipment Needs: A stand mixer is HIGHLY recommended in order to make both homemade doughs. Sheet pans will be used to bake the Panini rolls and flatbread pizza. NO Panini press needed. Two heavy bottom pans can be used in place of a Panini press.
