  • Adult/Child Yoga

    You and your little one will practice mindfulness and movement through games, music and different yoga poses. Materials will be provided, no experience necessary. Parents with children ages 1-3 are welcome to attend. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat, blanket or towel.
  • Chair Yoga for Seniors

    This is a 60-minute class designed to maximize a sense of peace both mentally and physically. The instructor will guide you through gentle physical postures, stress reduction/relaxation techniques, mindfulness strategies and poses to relieve muscle tension. Yoga/mindfulness is an individual experience that is adaptable to meet the needs of all participants. Couples are welcome. No experience required. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
  • Kettlebells & Core

    Strengthen and tone your upper body, legs and core while using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises. In this group setting, you will learn to use kettlebells, resistance bands and body bars safely and effectively. Classes will incorporate the use of the BOSU® to target core and challenge your balance. This workout is a great supplement to your cardio workouts and large muscle training.
  • Personal Training- Level 1

    This one-on-one or small group personal training will help you get started on the road to feeling and looking better. During the one-hour session, you will use training equipment and work under the guidance of a certified fitness professional. Individualized or small group support, along with health education will help you become more dedicated to your health. **Beginners should choose this level to work on functional fitness which is designed to help you move better and begin to build strength and endurance for your everyday activities. Choose Course 2705-1SG if you would prefer to work out with a Small Group of 2 or 3. Small groups should sign up together and have similar fitness goals and interests Upon registration, your name will be provided to the personal trainer, who will contact you to schedule the first appointment of your chosen training package.
  • Personal Training- Level 2

    This one-on-one or small group personal training will help you get started on the road to feeling and looking better. During the one-hour sessions, you will use training equipment and work under the guidance of a fitness professional. Individualized or small group support, along with health education will help you become more dedicated to your health. Move beyond functional fitness and take steps to improving your health and fitness lifestyle. Set goals and be pushed to a higher level of accountability within your workouts. Get guidance and prevent injury while improving your strength and endurance. Choose Course 2706-1SG if you would prefer to work out with a Small Group of 2 or 3. Small groups should sign up together and have similar fitness goals and interests Upon registration, your name will be provided to the personal trainer, who will contact you to schedule the first appointment of your chosen training package.

    This one-on-one or small group personal training will help you get started on the road to feeling and looking better. During the one-hour session, you will use training equipment and work under the guidance of a certified fitness professional. Individualized or small group support, along with health education will help you become more dedicated to your health. **Choose this level if you are looking for a boost to your current routine or need a new, innovative workout. You will set goals and be more accountable. Training for an upcoming event? This session will get you there with positive encouragement and a competitive drive! Choose Course 2707-1SG if you would prefer to work out with a Small Group of 2 or 3.     STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
  • YogaTone

    This class will be a combination of many styles of yoga, including Hatha, Core, Flow, Vinyasa and Hot Yoga poses. Emphasis is placed on balance, strength and releasing stress through movement. All levels are welcome, however YogaTone will include more advanced yoga poses than Candlelight Yoga. Experience practicing yoga is recommended. Bring a yoga mat, block and water bottle.
  • YogaTone Beginner

    This class will move slowly through traditional yoga poses and stretches with an emphasis on slow breathing. This is a great class for beginner and experienced Yogis who want a more relaxed and calming class. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat, block and a water bottle.

    A new class for those who want to Zumba, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged!
  • Zumba® Fitness

    A Zumba® class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle.
