Stillwater Community Education

Bring your child and up to fourteen of his/her friends to celebrate their birthday at the Pony Activity Center (PAC). Birthday groups will have access to one gym for 1.5 hours with 30 minute reserved space for cake and refreshments. There will be staff on site to assist with set up/cleanup of equipment and answer any questions you may have during the party. Appropriate supervision of children (at least 2 adults) is required and must be present for the duration of the party. All food and refreshments are provided by the hosting birthday party group. Tables and chairs will be provided for food and refreshments. Latex balloons are not allowed for birthday parties due to allergies. Registration must be completed 14 days prior to party date. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the party to receive a refund minus the $5 cancellation fee. All children attending the birthday party will need a signed waiver turned in before the birthday party begins. PAC Birthday Parties are intended for children ages 4-12 years of age. Gym games and activities may include: basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, dodgeball, whiffle ball, football and more. Preschool games and activities are also available.The staff will provide the necessary equipment; the host will organize and direct the party games. Parties available on select Saturdays and Sundays. Cost is $140 per party at the PAC. There is an additional $50 charge for added spaces. YEL’s Teach It, Practice It, Play It® approach teaches fencers new skills each class, practices those skills in kid-friendly fencing games, and then encourages students to use those skills in fencing bouts (matches).
