    Basic Golf Skills for Adults The basic golf skills program is designed around having fun and learning basic techniques on the golf course. This class focuses on providing a deeper understanding of the short game and golf swing. Beginning golfers, infrequent golfers and former golfers are encouraged to participate.   • Golf- Junior Summer of Fun Golf Camp

    This program is designed for young golfers of all skill levels with a desire to learn the game! The course is offered at Loggers Trail and follows their P.A.R. Camp (Practice, Achieve, Repeat) curriculum listed below. At Loggers Trail, our junior golf program represents a fun and safe learning environment. We have developed a program where we pride ourselves in offering a strong teacher to student ratio which allows a better learning environment for all involved. Our Junior Summer of Fun program will include but is not limited to: short game instruction, full swing assistance, drills & games rules, etiquette on the course and a participant banquet. Students are encouraged to bring their own equipment, but Loggers has a few junior sets that can be borrowed during the camp. No extra costs for borrowing golf clubs.

  • Hogwarts Film School Camp; Coding Camp

    Create your own stop-motion animation using characters from the Harry Potter and Fantastical Beasts series. Students will build and design magical-themed scenes and props. Then, they will handle all the technical details of filming scenes, including stop-motion, digital editing, special effects, and transitions to the movie. Students will create digital animations and participate in our Harry Potter-themed STEAM activities. Students should have basic reading skills and be comfortable using a computer. A USB drive will be provided so you can bring your work home on the last day. Harry Potter is a Warner Bros. trademark. This camp is not affiliated with them.

This four day camp, led by seasoned district educators and skilled instructors from the community, will introduce participants to the foundational basics of band and/or orchestra. On the last day, there will be two short concerts (one for band and one for orchestra) for students to showcase what they've learned so far. Then they'll be ready to start the school year on the right note! No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to join the band or orchestra. Students will receive a daily lesson and note reading instruction. Anyone who is signed up by May 30, 2025 is guaranteed a spot. Any registrations received after May 30 will be approved based on instructor and space availability.

    Stillwater Area Public Schools Community Education Department is hosting the Lumberjack Days Pickleball Tournament Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th, 2025 at Northland Park in Stillwater. Location: Northland Park in Stillwater - 8 dedicated pickleball courts. 12975 75th St. N. Stillwater, MN 55082 Dates: Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th, 2025 Cost: $30 per player for the first event, $5 for each additional event, tournament t-shirt included in fee. Tournament Format: The tournament format will consist of a minimum of 3 pool play games, followed by single elimination tournament play based on pool ranking. Our goal is to get everyone at least 5 games. All games are officiated by the individuals playing and must make their own calls. This is an unsanctioned tournament. Ball: Franklin X-40 Men’s and Women’s will play Saturday, July 19th. Depending on the number of teams registered for men’s and women’s play will dictate the start times of each tournament. The goal is to maximize court time for pool play for each level and gender will be dictated based on registrations. Schedules will be posted by July 16th. Mixed Doubles will play Sunday, July 20th. Depending on the number of teams registered for mixed play will dictate the start times of each tournament. The goal is to maximize court time for pool play for each level and will be dictated based on registrations Competition in mixed, men’s and women’s will be offered at 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 divisions, As well as 50+ divisions in mixed. Teams are self-ranked according to USAPA criteria. Tournament Director has the right to reclassify and combine divisions if necessary due to number of teams. Registration: Registration opens March 3rd, 2025, and will close July 11, 2025 @10 AM or until filled. Each player needs to have their own separate online registration and payment. The first registration should be $30. You can register for the second event by going into the new event and selecting the $5 registration fee. There is a $5 processing fee if cancelled before July 11th, 2025. There is no refund after July 11th, 2025 as t-shirts and brackets will be created and modifications to the brackets must be made.     Summer Skills Cheer Camp: We are offering a 3 day cheer camp that will teach new skills as well as help you perfect the skills you already have! This camp is for girls and boys of all experience levels. We will focus on stunting, tumbling and jumps. You’ll have the opportunity to practice on a spring mat, use the trampoline to practice jumps and tumbling skills, and have some of the best coaches teach you and your friends some amazing stunts! Please wear athletic shorts, a fitted t-shirt or tank top and your hair up in a ponytail. Bring along a pair of cheer shoes or athletic shoes and a water bottle. No outside shoes or jewelry.
