Supporting your child's emotional development can be overwhelming but a rewarding journey! One of early childhood's most important building blocks is teaching children to manage their emotions. Join us for discussions and learning on the different stages children go through when stressed and overwhelmed, and what you can do to support your children in finding greater self-control. We’ll discuss the impact of the caregiver’s ability to regulate, sleep needs, children’s developmental abilities, and what leads to dysregulation.

This program includes five weeks of live virtual sessions for parents/ caregivers and an optional in-person session that you can attend with your child.
