Courses Adult / Body, Mind and Spirit -
Winter 2026

Take time to slow down and connect your breath with movement. This class guides you through traditional yoga poses at a thoughtful pace, with modifications to fit your needs. It’s a chance to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and improve overall well-being. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. A block and strap are optional.

I have been a Yoga instructor for over 20 years in various settings. I completed my professional Yoga training through YogaFit Inc. , along with continuing education classes and various trainings/retreats with Yoga professionals Beth Shaw and Shiva Rea. I have a MA in Health Education and have been a teacher with St. Paul schools over 30 years. My hobbies are staying active, spending time with family and friends, and sharing yoga.
