Caring for others - whether in your family, community, or daily work - can be deeply meaningful, but it can also leave you drained. In this session, participants will explore what compassion resilience means, recognize signs of compassion fatigue, and learn practical strategies and boundaries to protect their energy. You’ll also discover tools to build a personal reservoir of wellness to help navigate life’s challenges.
