Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Gatekeeper Training

Courses Adult / Body, Mind and Spirit -
Winter 2026

You don't need to be a professional to save a life. This training empowers you to become a "gatekeeper" - someone in a position to recognize a crisis and intervene.  In just a few hours, you will learn to identify the warning signs of suicide, offer hope, and provide a crucial bridge to professional help. The simple, three-step method is Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR), and just like CPR, it's an emergency response that anyone can learn.

Thank you to St. Croix Valley Foundation and Lower St. Croix Valley Foundation Vibrant Communities Mental Healht Grant for funding these mental health offerings.
