Improve your pickleball technique, shots and game strategy. The intermediate lessons will focus on spin serves, drop shots, footwork, dinks, fast action at the net, and defensive techniques, with an emphasis on winning doubles strategy. The last 30 minutes of the course will be organized play. Participants can bring their own paddle or borrow one from the PAC.
Prerequisites:
Coach Michael Lammer has taught over a thousand satisfied participants the joy of pickleball over the past seven years. He is a professional certified instructor via PPR, a multiple gold medalist in tournament play, and supplements his pickleball coaching skills with knowledge as a NASM personal trainer, as a former professional racquetball coach and then addresses the mental aspects of playing fun pickleball from several years as a psychotherapist.
