Open gym is a time to develop new skills. The use of the gymnastics center equipment will make learning and improving current and new skills easier. There will be a coach on hand to help you with your skills. Gymnasts younger than grade 7 need pre-approval from the Stillwater coach to attend open gym. Please Note: The gym will be closed if there is no attendance within the first hour of Open Gym.
