Steve is a lifetime resident of St. Paul and the east metro area. Steve was born and raised in North St. Paul and attended North High School. He attended Macalester College in St. Paul and graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts-Political Science degree (Summa Cum Laude). Steve attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law and graduated in 1997 with a Juris Doctor degree (Magna Cum Laude). Steve is part of the law firm Blaney & Ledin.
