Whether going to a Kentucky Derby, Downton Abbey or special tea party, show off your personal style with a fascinating fascinator (tiny hat) embellished with fabric, ribbon, netting, feathers, buttons and more; all made by you! Bring your creativity! Please bring the following supplies to class: hand sewing needle, all-purpose thread, fabric scissors and pins. An additional $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor in class.
