Mind Mapping for Inner Peace

Do you struggle with accomplishing the items on your to do list and following a routine? If you are a visual person or someone who finds staying on task challenging, you may benefit from learning how to capture and organize the mental clutter of your responsibilities. During this class you will learn and practice various uses for mind mapping to help you visualize and hold yourself accountable. Suggested applications: personal goals, daily routines, monthly planning, home organization, and parenting/supporting children. You’ll explore which type works best for your lifestyle, how to create and use a mind map, and even take it to the next level by utilizing it for a mediative, artistic, or creative outlet. Please bring your favorite markers, pens, or colored pencils. Paper provided

Anwen Kate is a professional organizer specializing in the KonMari® Method of tidying. With humor, empathy, and patience, Anwen guides her clients toward self-discovery and clarity while teaching them how to transform their relationship with their belongings and create supportive, joyful spaces. Founder and owner of Tidy On, LLC, Anwen combines her background as a master-level educator and her love of Montessori principles to weave child psychology, mindfulness, and respect for the environment into her work with individuals wanting to develop a more peaceful and cohesive family climate---one that truly reflects their ideal lifestyle.
