Create a delectable Greek feast starting with Soupa Avgolemono, a traditional lemon-flavored chicken soup that is comforting and rich. For appetizers, enjoy Saganaki, the famous flaming cheese dish, alongside a flavorful eggplant dip or spread. The main course features a twist on the classic moussaka, using zucchini instead of eggplant to pair perfectly with the rich ground lamb. You'll also perfect the art of making Spanakopita, delicate spinach and feta-filled filo pastry rolls. For dessert, indulge in Karidopita, a moist walnut cake drenched in fragrant orange syrup. A food cost of $17 is payable to the instructor in class.

For classes at John Glenn, please park in the front lot and enter through Door 3N (Activities Entrance).
