Family Ninja Classes are for anyone 5 or older! This adult/child class is designed for both adults and kids to get moving and have fun together. You and your ninja will work together to learn how to tackle ninja obstacles, problem-solve courses, and build self-esteem! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles!
If you are looking for something different to do with your child and want to try a unique way to be active, come check this class out! *ALL fitness levels welcome!
All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer. This class will be held at Conquer Ninja Gyms at 707 Commerce Dr Ste 120, Woodbury, MN 55125.

Conquer Ninja Gyms are a Ninja Warrior training and obstacle course facility. Conquer is currently the leaders in the Ninja industry dedicated to individuals of all ages and abilities. Conquer has had 20+ employees and adult members compete on the show American Ninja Warrior and 20+ of our Conquer Youth Members compete on American Ninja Warrior Jr. This past season of American Ninja Warrior Jr, Season 3, a long-time member of ours took home the 1st place trophy!
