Making your own wine is a true lesson in patience. While you can bottle your first beer in just fifteen days, crafting your first bottle of wine requires a wait of several months. However, the time investment is well worth it, as following the proper process will yield a superior product. The instructor will provide handouts, but students should bring a pen or pencil to take notes. The course involves some chemistry, offering students valuable hands-on experience.
