Family Mindfulness Walk-Let’s Connect to our Senses!

Fall 2024
Practicing mindfulness skills can often help to reduce stress and anxiety. The good news is that anyone can learn mindfulness! During an easy, accessible walk, we’ll practice mindfulness while connecting with the five senses. At the end of our walk, we’ll do a project together from what we learned! Please note, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Suggested ratio is one adult to three children.
