This class will accommodate beginners and advanced beginner gymnasts. Students will work on level appropriate skills for each group during class time. Advanced gymnasts should have a coach recommendation prior to registration.
For Gymnastics classes, shorts, t-shirt or a leotard are recommended. Loose fitting clothing, tights, socks and ballet shoes are not recommended. Long hair should be tied back in a ponytail or braid.
