Gentle Yoga/Stretch


Courses Adult / Keep it Moving -
Fall 2024

Start or end your workout with a 30-minute morning gentle yoga and stretch session. The movement is slow an stretches will be held longer often linked with intentional breathing. This class is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat or towel and a water bottle.

Sally Field

Sally is a recovering HR executive as well as “retired” management consultant and adjunct professor. Personal training and teaching yoga became a retirement goal and bucket list item after falling in love with many types of fitness in graduate school.
Along with being a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer, Sally is certified in Barre and has been a Reiki Master for more than 30 years. Her passions also include rowing crew and boxing. She and husband Tim live in Wisconsin with their 3 rescue pups and are active in volunteering for a variety of non-profits.
