Gentle Yoga


Courses Adult / Keep it Moving -
Fall 2024

In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is often linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually, moving in and out of each pose with intention. This fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue. Gentle flow can be a good class for everyone including beginners and is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat, a water bottle and props if desired.

Sally Field

Sally is a recovering HR executive as well as “retired” management consultant and adjunct professor. Personal training and teaching yoga became a retirement goal and bucket list item after falling in love with many types of fitness in graduate school.
Along with being a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer, Sally is certified in Barre and has been a Reiki Master for more than 30 years. Her passions also include rowing crew and boxing. She and husband Tim live in Wisconsin with their 3 rescue pups and are active in volunteering for a variety of non-profits.
