Social Justice Parenting-Book StudySpecial Classes and Family EventsPopularSocial Justice Parenting - Book Study Join Parent & Family Educator, Jenny Hanlon this summer for an engaging discussion on the book Social Justice Parenting: How to Raise Compassionate, Anti-Racist, Justice-Minded Kids in an Unjust World. The book study will only meet TWO times: Monday, June 27th from 6-7:15pm AND Monday, August 1st from 6-7:15pm Location: Early Childhood Family Center Playground, 1111 S. Holcombe St., Stillwater. Unfortunately we cannot provide child care, but feel free to bring your children along. They can play on the playground while we meet nearby in the grass on lawn chairs. There are a limited number (10) of books available to borrow for the book study. You can pick up the book on the first night of the book study (June 27th). There is no required reading for the first night. Books can be returned on the second (and last) night of the book study. $10/ personSummer 2022

Teddy Bear TimeSpecial Classes and Family EventsPopularTeddy Bear Time Ages: 2-5 years Class Fee: $10.00 per family Bring your favorite stuffed animal or stuffed toy and join us for an exciting time to learn about teddy bears and real bears. Playing with teddy bears and other stuffed animal friends allows children to practice the life skills they are constantly learning. Through role playing with their stuffed animals, children will learn how to perform tasks like brushing their teeth and getting dressed for school. Teddy Bear Time will take place outside on the ECFC playground with a backup plan to move inside if the weather dictates.Summer 2022
