PopularGymnastics Open GymGymnasticsOpen gym is a time to develop new skills. The use of the gymnastics center equipment will make learning and improving current and new skills easier. There will be a coach on hand to help you with your skills. Gymnasts younger than grade 7 need pre-approval from the Stillwater coach to attend open gym. Junior Ponies Gymnastics MAGA TeamGymnasticsThis class is for gymnasts who have been invited to participate and who are developmentally ready to potentially participate on the team in the upcoming MAGA season (Midwest Amateur Gymnastics Association). We will focus on building skills on vault, bars, beam and floor. Participation on this team requires the gymnast to have mastered a specific skill set, therefore all registrations must be approved by the lead coach.Spring / Summer 2022

Parent and Child GymnasticsGymnasticsThis parent and child class will focus on basic movements and tumbling skills, body awareness, motor skills, hand-eye coordination, balance and listening. We must have a 1:1 adult:child ratio for this class, therefore an adult family member must be with EACH child in all classes. Designed for ages 2 - 4 years old. Pony Beginner GymnasticsGymnasticsThis class is for girls or boys in grades K-6 who are interested in learning beginning gymnastics. The participants will be introduced to the vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise, while learning basic gymnastics safety skills. This is a great way to get an introduction to gymnastics in a safe, friendly and positive environment. Wear appropriate workout apparel for gymnastics activity.
