    Apart from cheese and toppings, homemade dough and sauce are the key ingredients used to create mouthwatering pizza of course! But… what are the key ingredients to make the homemade dough and sauce? HOW MUCH of each ingredient? HOW are they put together to create a variety or magical pizza options? Known as the Pizza Master “Pizzaiolo” in her family and community, our instructor Tess will help answer these questions as she guides you in her latest Pizza class where you will create a fantastic FLATBREAD PIZZA and Pizza Panini from scratch! If you are part of a pizza loving family, this class is for you! Dive into the world of pizza making and join the ever-growing number of participants that have enjoyed Tess’ fun-filled cook-along pizza classes and experience for yourselves why participants keep coming back for more! Take out Pizza may just become a thing of the past! Equipment Needs: A stand mixer is HIGHLY recommended in order to make both homemade doughs. Sheet pans will be used to bake the Panini rolls and flatbread pizza. NO Panini press needed. Two heavy bottom pans can be used in place of a Panini press. More guidance will be included with the ingredient packet. Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants, and increase your confidence in the kitchen with each skill that is learned, and each little bit of advice and instruction that is shared. While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and preparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the Instructors Personal Recipes from this class will also be received. This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home ONLY. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

Whether you are looking to host a memorable Dim Sum get-together or simply want to create something FRESH and BRIGHT to welcome in the spring, this is the class you have been looking for! Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a SYMPHONY of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) and veggies will fill the CRISPY spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the FRESH spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of spring rolls learning the techniques to create fillings, and how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of bright deliciousness!
