From belly breathing to glitter jars, this engaging oversized board book helps young children and caregivers explore calming strategies together. Preregistered families will receive a free copy of the book thanks to a grant from the Lower St. Croix Valley Foundation, St. Croix Valley Foundation and an anonymous donor advised fund.
