    Cheer Basics: This class is for individuals who would like introductory training to cheerleading. Experience can range from beginner to intermediate. This is a great training class to prepare your athlete for a competitive team. In this class we will work on all areas of cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions. Attire for the class is athletic shorts, a fitted tank or t-shirt and athletic shoes. Please have your athletes bring a water bottle and the shoes they plan on participating in. Hair should be up in a ponytail. No jewelry of any sort please.

    Summer Skills Cheer Camp: We are offering a 3 day cheer camp that will teach new skills as well as help you perfect the skills you already have in our beautiful, air-conditioned facility. This camp is for girls and boys ages 7-13 of all experience levels. At camp we will focus on stunting, tumbling and jumps. You’ll have the opportunity to practice on a spring mat, use the trampoline to practice jumps and tumbling skills, and have some of the best coaches teach you and your friends some amazing stunts! Please wear athletic shorts, a fitted t-shirt or tank top and your hair up in a ponytail. Bring along a pair of cheer shoes or athletic shoes and a water bottle. No outside shoes please or jewelry please.

    Tiny Cheer Basics - Future Elements: This class is for our youngest athletes who would like introductory training to All Star cheerleading. This is a great training class to prepare your athlete for an exhibition or competitive team! In this class we will work on all areas of All Star cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions. Attire for the class is athletic shorts, a fitted tank or t-shirt and athletic shoes. Please have your athletes bring a water bottle and the shoes they plan on participating in. Hair should be up in a ponytail. No jewelry of any sort please.
