Festive Spring Salads
These great new recipes feature wild rice, quinoa, fruit and greens. You will learn to make wild rice and breast of chicken salad or wild rice with fresh mushrooms and cashews, a vegetarian main dish salad using multi-colored peppers and quinoa, a fruit salad with cantaloupe, strawberries and an orange sauce and finally a raspberry-spinach salad with glazed pecans. Then round out the evening with three easy dressings for your favorite combination of assorted garden greens. You will leave ready for picnics and gatherings this spring! Food cost of $13 payable to the instructor at class.
