Walking Biomechanics

Do you want to be more efficient with your walking workout and daily mobility? In this class, we will be covering the biomechanics of the gait cycle specific to walking. We will focus on our bodies movement training the muscles on opposite sides of the body from on another, also known as contralateral reciprocation. We will cover pain management and how it may be tied to how we walk and breathe.
