Kettlebells & Core

Strengthen and tone your upper body, legs and your core while using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises. In this group setting, you will learn to use kettlebells, resistance bands and body bars safely and effectively. Classes will incorporate the use of the 

BOSU® and fitness ball to target core and challenge your balance. This workout is a great supplement to your cardio workouts and large muscle training.

My journey teaching Group Fitness began in 2008, when I was overweight and considered morbidly obese. Now, I have lost over ONE HUNDRED pounds with the help of: Formats of Zumba® Fitness Group Exercise, and a Personal Training Certification.

I offer multiple formats of the Zumba® Fitness Program, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, and can be your Plate by Zumba Coach! Anyone can enjoy the Zumba® Fitness program here at SMRT! Enjoy belonging to a strong community for ages 0-80+ we build from the youth to our active adults and yes, folks of special needs CAN ZUMBA!
