R.I.P.P.E.D. - Total Body Workout

Designed for all fitness levels, this program encompasses all aspects of physical fitness in a class setting: resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, and endurance. The workout changes every 6-9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout. Students may wish to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All other equipment available. Get ready for an intense full body workout to get your day off to a great start!

I am excited to be teaching RIPPED through Stillwater Area Schools Community Education! I am a physical education teacher at Oak-Land Middle School and teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade PE. I am also an assistant coach for the Stillwater HS Varsity Softball team that won the 2018 State Championship! I look forward to seeing you all in our RIPPED group fitness classes.
