THIS IS A MORNING CLASS. This class is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and to leave empowered and strong. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle.
My journey teaching Group Fitness began in 2008, when I was overweight and considered morbidly obese. Now, I have lost over ONE HUNDRED pounds with the help of: Formats of Zumba® Fitness Group Exercise, and a Personal Training Certification.
I offer multiple formats of the Zumba® Fitness Program, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, and can be your Plate by Zumba Coach! Anyone can enjoy the Zumba® Fitness program here at SMRT! Enjoy belonging to a strong community for ages 0-80+ we build from the youth to our active adults and yes, folks of special needs CAN ZUMBA!
