Hooray for Hot Dish!

The hot dish is the one-dish wonder that graces dinner tables weekly. These easy prep recipes are great for a family meal, but they also make impressive elegant company fare or crowd-pleasing for a potluck. Create up to 15 sensational dishes including: beef, pork and sauerkraut, pork loin with dried apricots and cherries; beef and spinach; eggplant and cheese; chicken cobbler with carrots, mushrooms and peas; lentils and vegetables; and baked penne pasta with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms just to name a few. Food cost of $15 payable to instructor at class.
