This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. My journey teaching Group Fitness began in 2008, when I was overweight and considered morbidly obese. Now, I have lost over ONE HUNDRED pounds with the help of: Formats of Zumba® Fitness Group Exercise, and a Personal Training Certification.
I offer multiple formats of the Zumba® Fitness Program, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, and can be your Plate by Zumba Coach! Anyone can enjoy the Zumba® Fitness program here at SMRT!
