T'ai Chi for Well-Being

T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind-body exercise practiced for health, mental development, meditation and self-defense. It integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and mindfulness, aiming to strengthen, relax and integrate the physical body and mind. In this session you will learn a short, continuous routine comprised of a gentle warm up and various postures. At the completion of the session, students will have a solid foundation of the principles and practice of T'ai Chi.
